In 1981 I ghost wrote seven weeks of the World’s Greatest Superheroes Starring Superman newspaper strip for then regular writer Paul Levitz. My contribution came at the end of a storyline about a Hollywood studio trying to get Superman’s cooperation for a movie. I must have done an adequate job because, a year later when Paul left the strip, I was handed the assignment, which I remained on it for the next three years, until the strip’s demise in 1985.
